Reservation Details

There is a 3-night minimum stay requirement for Holiday Weekends. Call to check for shorter stay availability. All reservations must be made with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.

No refunds for Holiday weekends.

*Pets are NOT allowed in the Bunkhouses, Family Suites, Resort Cottages, Garden Studios or Garden Suites.

*For stays longer than 28 days, please call.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Daily & Weekly Reservation Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Less than 30 days, a one night stay in whatever accommodation type will be charged.
  • Monthly and Group Reservations Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 90 days or more prior to arrival date a fee of no less than $25 will be charged. Within 90 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • No refund given for early departures.
  • No refunds for holiday weekend reservations. Holiday weekends include Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
