Our Reservation Policies:
Please read carefully before making your reservation.
Rates & Fees: We have 13% sales tax. No other fees added, unless an additional cleaning fee is required. Ask about Military discounts.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. (MC, Visa & Discover accepted. No checks) Balance due upon arrival day.
Cancellations: There is a $50 cancellation fee when we are notified in writing (via email) 30 days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations less than 30 days all but 1 night is refunded. No refunds for cancellations on Holidays.
Dogs: Dogs are allowed in “Dog Friendly” cabins only. See policy and fees on our http://rvcoutdoors.com/mountain-springs-cabins/pet-friendly/ We cannot permit any other kind of pets in our accommodations. We have 3 wonderful “resort cats that you are welcome to enjoy, outside, while staying with us.
Smoking: All cabins, Yurts and Tiny Homes are non-smoking. There is a $500 plus charge for smoking indoors or allowing smoke to drift in through open windows or doors and the odor stay in the space. Ashtrays are provided on porches.

Holidays at Mountain Springs
Holidays at Mountain Springs include Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Minimum stay of 3 nights and no cancellations.
