Accommodations
RV Sites
Our level concrete RV sites are surrounded by large lawns and beautiful landscaping. Each site comes with full hookups, including water, sewer, and electric with 30, 50, and 100 amps, as well as a BBQ grill, fire pit, and picnic table. All of our sites are oversized to accommodate a 45-foot rig, tow vehicle, and one additional vehicle.
Cottages & Suite
Each Resort Cottage has a private bedroom that has a queen-size bed, set of bunk beds, 1 futon, full-size kitchen, living room, satellite TV, and bathroom. The front porch overlooks our upper pool and has some views of Pikes Peak. This unit is perfect for a weekend retreat or as a base camp for your family’s adventures.
Bunkhouses
Each bunkhouse is furnished with a double bed, 1 set of bunk beds, a table with benches, and air conditioning. Enjoy the quaint front porch for relaxing with a book or having a sunset drink while overlooking our pool or community fire pit, depending on the unit’s location.
Tent Camping
Select from 3 types of tent camping sites. Our tent camping sites are located in our urban resort and have access to a bathhouses, laundry, pool, and dog park. Electricity and water are included at select sites. Choose the amenities that fit you best and be one with nature!
Amenities
Soak in the views.
Slip into one of our two heated swimming pools and bask in the heart of Colorado nature. With a convenient seating area and sun-kissed water, catch some rays or relax for a sunset soak. Pools are open seasonally.
Playtime’s in session.
A safe, modern, fun design makes our playground a prime hangout for budding campers and glampers. Tykes can slide, swing, run, and jump while you watch their curiosity spark and spirits soar.
