The entire stay must be prepaid with a credit card when the reservation is made and will be non-refundable.<\/p>\n
If you\u2019ll feel better with flexibility to change your booking details or cancel your reservation for a nominal fee, our Peace of Mind Rate is the way to go. This booking allows you to either reschedule your reservation one time within the current calendar year \u2013 or cancel your reservation by 6:00PM the day before your reserved stay (note that your booking will be refunded less a 10% fee of the total rate). Payment in full is required with a credit card at time of booking.<\/p>\n
If you want to enjoy RVC\u2019s fabulous properties for 28+ days, we offer an Extended Stay Rate. While we can\u2019t guarantee a specific site or unit number (ie, cabin or RV hook-up), we will guarantee that we\u2019ll place you in an accommodation that is equal to or better than the type you reserve. This rate does not include yurts.<\/p>\n
Please note that this booking is available BY PHONE ONLY, and that we require extended stay guests to complete a simple screening process for a nominal fee.
