Conferences and Events can be scheduled at the Conference Center prior to and following those dates (with or without lodging) by special request or inquiry and with approval of Management.[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Default” heading_tag=”default” title=”How much of a deposit is required when I make my reservation?”][vc_column_text]L<\/span>ake Raystown Resort has a full pre-payment policy at the time of reservation<\/span>. <\/span>We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You may also send a money order or Cashier\u2019s Check. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Default” heading_tag=”default” title=”What is the accommodation cancellation policy?”][vc_column_text]Cancellations received more than <\/span>90 days<\/span> prior to your scheduled arrival, receive an 80% refund. Cancellations received 89-<\/span>31 days<\/span> prior to your scheduled arrival, receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received less than <\/span>30 days<\/span> prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be given. Guests can always reschedule their stay with us at Lake Raystown Resort without losing any of their deposit for just a $25 rebooking fee. Also,<\/strong><\/span> please inquire about our Trip Protection Guarantee<\/span>!<\/span><\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Default” heading_tag=”default” title=”How does the Trip Protection Guarantee work?”][vc_column_text]The cost of our Trip Protection Guarantee is an <\/span>additional<\/span> 10% of your accommodation total. For instance, if the total amount of your campsite reservation is $100.00, then the cost of the trip protection is an <\/span>additional<\/span> $10.00. Or if your cabin reservation total is $750.00, then the cost of the Trip Protection Guarantee is an <\/span>additional<\/span> $75.00. Pets are not <\/span>permitted<\/span> inside or around the Cabins, Cottages, Bungalows, Villas, or Lodge Rooms <\/span>except for<\/span> our \u201cDog Friendly\u201d Pine Cabins (#21, #22, #23, and #24). We do not <\/span>permit<\/span> pets to be tied or kenneled on the porch or left in vehicles or <\/span>in <\/span>boats.
