The entire stay must be prepaid with a credit card when the reservation is made and will be non-refundable.<\/p>\n
Our Peace of Mind rate is fully refundable less a 10% cancellation fee except during holiday periods. You may make ONE date change or cancel the reservation, but this change must be made by 3:00 pm CST, 72-hours prior to arrival. You must make your date change or cancellation by calling the property at 877-436-5063 and speaking to a front desk associate. Voicemail or email messages will not be accepted. The prepayment less 10% is refunded to your credit card on file if cancellation is made before 3:00 pm CST, 72-hours prior to arrival during non-holiday periods The dates for the reservation change must be within 1 calendar year.<\/p>\n
If you want to enjoy RVC\u2019s fabulous properties for 28+ days, we offer an Extended Stay Rate. While we can\u2019t guarantee a specific site or unit number (ie, cabin or RV hook-up), we will guarantee that we\u2019ll place you in an accommodation that is equal to or better than the type you reserve. This rate does not include yurts.<\/p>\n
Please note that extended stay booking is available BY PHONE ONLY and that we require extended stay guests to complete a simple background screening process for a nominal fee.
