Reservations

When is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is at 1PM EST for RV and Tent sites; and 3PM EST for Cabins, Yurts and Safari Tents.
Check-out is at 11AM EST for all guests, regardless of accommodation.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer 2 rates. “Best Available Rate” which is non-refundable and no date changes or the “Peace of Mind” which means you can cancel with a refund less 10% cancellation fee as long as you call by 5:00 pm EST 72 hours before your arrival date.

Why can't I pick my site? / Can I pay to pick my site?

In order to provide plenty of space for all of our guests, we do not allow you to select a specific site number. If you have a specific area in mind, please call us at (706) 663-4329 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have to pay the deposit in full?

Yes, we require deposits be paid in full prior to arrival for long-term stays. For short-term stays, your reservation will be paid in full and we do not require a deposit.

Is there a minimum night stay requirement?

Yurts, cabins, are 2 night minimums on weekends and safari tents are going to be 2 night minimums.
There is also a 3-night minimum during holidays and all reservations are non-refundable: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving

Do you offer monthly rates?

Yes, we offer monthly rates. In order to book our Extended Stay rate, please complete a contact form on our website, or call us at (706) 663-4329 any day of the week from 9-4pm EST.

Do you offer annual rates?

Unfortunately, we do not offer annual rates but if you are planning on staying an extended period of time, we offer special rates for these stays as previously mentioned.

Do you offer discounts?

We strive to offer a fair price for a premium product, and therefore do not offer discounts. If you are interested in staying for an extended period of time, we offer special rates for these stays.

Do you have a pricing sheet on your website?

No, we do not. We offer dynamic pricing which updates in real-time. You can reserve a spot online at 24/7 online, or Monday-Friday 9am-3pm EST by calling (706) 663-4329 .

Is it pet friendly? What breeds?

Yes, we are a pet-friendly property (dogs and cats only). Please visit our Pet Policy page for complete details.

What happens if I am going to arrive at night?

Guests who arrive late (after 4pm EST) should report to the Lodge Office building. There they will find a package with their name and site number on it, which includes paperwork (bathroom and WiFi codes),a map and keys beside the front door.

Can I host a rally or private event at your property?

Call our office at 706-663-4329 if you wish to host a private event or party at our property.

Is there an RV age requirement?

We’ll make an exception if you can send a photo of your rig beforehand.

Do you sell spaces?

We do not sell spaces at the moment.

Do you offer RV storage?

Yes, we do offer RV storage. Reach out to our team for more information.

Are you affiliated with Thousand Trails?

Hi! We are not a part of the Thousand Trail’s pass but if you book directly with RVC, we will offer a discount if you are a member. However, there are certain blackout dates that you cannot use the discount such as holidays.

Are fireworks banned?

Yes, fireworks are banned at all of our properties.

Accommodations

What kind of RV sites do you have?

We offer both back-in and pull-through sites on gravel, while only pull-through on concrete. Our back-in sites are mostly used for extended stays.

Do the RV sites have picnic tables?

Yes, our RV sites come complete with picnic table and fire ring at each site.

How close are glamping tents to RV sites?

They are a short walk away from each other.

Are glamping tents handicap accessible?

2 of the tents do not have stairs to enter, so they would be handicap accessible.

Is there a bathroom in the yurt?

No, our yurts do not have bathrooms, but they are a short walk from the restroom facilities.

Are bed linens included?

Bed linens and towels are included with stays in our Cottage or Safari Tents. Only linens are included with stays in our Yurts, guests must bring their own towels.

Can I bring up a tent?

Yes, guests may bring ONE additional small tent per RV site. Guests MUST call and let us know prior to arrival and there is a charge of $10.00 per night for the tent at the RV site.

Do tent sites have water/electricity?

Yes, our tent sites come complete with a picnic table and fire ring, and are near the restroom facilities and do offer electric and water.

Amenities

When is the pool open?

The pool is not guaranteed to be open until Memorial Weekend and we do not close it until November 1st.

Is the pool heated?

No, the pool is not heated at this time.

Do you offer golf cart rentals?

No, we do not offer golf cart rentals, but guests may bring their own (limit one per RV site). We just ask that no one under the age of 18 without a driver’s license drives them on property and that you stay on the paved roads.

Do you sell firewood?

Yes, firewood can be purchased for $10 + tax in our retail store, located in the lodge.

Do you have a dump station?

We do allow people to come in when we are not full and dump for a fee. They have to come to our office first.

Do you have a propane refill station?

Yes, we do have a propane station at the resort that is available during our office hours.

Can I bring my own grill?

Yes, guests may bring their own grill.

Is there a trolley service nearby?

No there is no local trolley stop nearby, but Uber/Lyft/Local Taxi services are available.
