Best Available Rate

If your vacation plans are firm, lock in the lowest priced rate available when you book your reservation for your desired accommodation type within a specific timeframe. The full amount of your reservation is due upon booking. This rate is Non-Refundable, but that does not mean that you “lose” your money. We understand that “things happen” that are sometimes out of your control, but we do not want to penalize you. As long as you cancel 72 – hours prior to your arrival date, our policy is to place the entire amount you have paid to stay with us in what we refer to as a Guest Account Credit. Your credit may be used for a future camping experience at the resort you originally booked or at any other RVC Outdoor Destination Resort up to one (1) year from the time you cancel.

Peace of Mind Rate

Our Peace of Mind Rate is our most flexible rate that allows you to make date changes and cancel your reservation and receive a refund in full less a 10% cancellation fee. This means that you have the option to receive 90% of the amount you paid to book with us refunded to your credit card as long as you cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to your arrival date. You also have the option to place the entire amount (100%) of your reservation in a Guest Account Credit for a future camping experience at the RVC Outdoor Destination resort of your choice. Guest Account Credits must be used within 1 year of the date you cancel your reservation. We DO NOT offer this rate on Holiday Weekends.

Lifestyle/Extended Stay Rate (Monthly Rates)

We do offer a limited amount of Lifestyle/Extended Stay Monthly Rates at our resort. This is the most economical option of camping with us and it is offered to guests who are Full Time RV enthusiasts, extended vacations, those who are looking for a temporary option while they work in the area or building a home, etc. If your RV stay will be for 27+ days or longer this is the most economical way to camp with us.

Please note that this booking is available BY PHONE ONLY, and that we require extended stay guests to complete a criminal background screening process.

If you are interested in staying with us your RV must be 10 years of age or younger. If you have an RV that is older than 10 years of age and is in excellent condition, we will be happy to make an exception as long as you do not mind sending us recent photos of all 4 sides of your RV. We also do not accept converted school buses (schoolies) or horse trailers with living quarters. If you have a “vintage RV”, Bluebird or other RV and you believe that we should make an exception, please feel free to reach out to us.
