Q: Do you offer annual rates?<\/span>

\n<\/strong>A: <\/span>No, we do not sell spaces.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Are you affiliated with Thousand Trails?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A:<\/span> We are not a part of the Thousand Trail’s pass but if you are a member and book directly with us, we will honor a 15% discount. <\/span><\/p>\n

Q: What is your cancellation policy?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A:\u00a0<\/span>We offer our “Peace of Mind” rate. \nQ: Can I pick my site?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A: <\/span>Yes, you may pick your site in our online reservation tool. Please Sign Up to be notified<\/a> when bookings will become available. <\/span><\/p>\n

Q: What kind of RV sites do you have?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A: <\/span>We offer both back-in and pull-through sites on level concrete pads, some offering waterfront views.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Can I bring up a tent or pop up camper?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A: <\/span>Yes, guests may bring one (1) additional tent or pop up camper per RV site. Guests are required to call and let us know prior to arrival. <\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Do you offer RV storage?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A:\u00a0<\/span>No, we do not offer RV storage. However, if you are an annual guest, you can leave your rig here all year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Is there an RV age requirement?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A:\u00a0<\/span>We require rigs that are newer than 10 years old, but we may make an exception if you send us a picture.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Are pet fences allowed at RV sites?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A:\u00a0<\/span>Yes, we do allow pet fencing as long as it is no higher than 42\u201d, portable and does not impede neighbors.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Are the sites Full Hook Up?<\/span>

\nQ: What is there to do on site?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A: <\/span>We’re glad you asked! We have a swimming pool, hot tub, two pickleball courts, a community courtyard, a retail store, two fishing pods, a fitness room and so much more! Don’t forget to also keep an eye out for the events we’ll be hosting throughout the season. Visit our Amenities Page<\/a> to learn more.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Is the pool heated?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A: <\/span>Yes, the pool is heated and open April through October.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Do you offer golf cart rentals?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A: <\/span>Yes, we offer golf cart rentals for $60 per day. Guests are also welcome to bring their own. Limit one per RV site, drivers must be 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Is it pet friendly? What breeds?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A:\u00a0<\/span>Yes, we are a pet-friendly property and allow Cats and Dogs. Please visit our Pet Policy<\/a> page for complete details. <\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Can I bring a pet (non-dog)?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A:\u00a0<\/span>We do allow some exceptions for pets other than cats and dogs. Guests will be required to call for approval in advance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Is their a grill at the site? Can I bring my own my own grill?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A:\u00a0<\/span>Each site is equipped with it’s own charcoal grill. Yes, guests may bring their own grill.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Do you sell firewood?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A:\u00a0<\/span>Yes, firewood can be purchased for in our retail store.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Do you have a dump station?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A:\u00a0<\/span>No, we do not.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Do you have a propane refill station?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A:\u00a0<\/span>Yes, we do.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Do the RV sites have picnic tables?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A:\u00a0<\/span>Yes, our RV sites come complete with picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire ring at each site.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Can I have a campfire at my site?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A:\u00a0<\/span>Yes, every site has a fire ring for controlled fires. And if you would like to make new friends, there is a community courtyard with a fire pit as well.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Do you have Pickleball Courts?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A:\u00a0<\/span>Yes, we have two Pickleball Courts.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Can I fish at your property?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A:\u00a0<\/span>Yes, guests may fish in our onsite fishing ponds.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Do you have a bathhouse?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A:\u00a0<\/span>Yes, we have fully furnished bathhouses with running water, plumbing, and private showers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Is there a playground available for children?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A:\u00a0<\/span>Yes, we have a playground with a fun area for children to play.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Can I do my laundry on-site?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A:\u00a0<\/span>Yes, we have laundry facilities available with modern, front-loading washers and dryers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Can I bring my ATV or SxS?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>A:\u00a0<\/span>Yes, we allow ATVs and Side x Side\u2019s, but we do not allow 4 wheelers.
