I married my best friend and once he joined the Navy we moved to Whidbey Island, Washington where our daughter was born. From there we moved to Ridgecrest California, Atsugi, Japan, Lemoore, California as well as the island of Oahu in Hawaii. After my husband retired from the Navy we had a house built in Lake City, Florida to be close to our family.
In 2012 we moved to Freeport, Florida. That same year our daughter married and moved to Tallahassee, Florida where she resides with her husband, William and my 2 small grand children (a boy and a girl). I love my family – they’re my happy place. Being blessed with 2 grandchildren now, there’s nothing I enjoy more than spending time with them. I love reading books with my granddaughter Tristyn, as well as playing ball, swimming, coloring, watching cartoons together. We also pretend we are in a band – we play our instruments and sing together all the time. Tristyn usually enjoys playing the drums or piano. I can hardly wait until my grandson, Liam is older and he can join the band.
In January of 2014, I began working at Live Oak Landing. It has been awesome learning about all things RV. I never knew there were so many different types of RVs. I really enjoy meeting people from all over the United States and even other countries. These past 4 years have gone by so quickly and I absolutely love working for RVC Outdoor Destinations at Live Oak Landing. I can’t wait to see what the next four years and the future hold.
