You can even stop by Toft Dairy & Ice Cream Parlor afterward for a sweet treat. Goofy Golf has miniature golf, an arcade, and go-karts for a friendly night of family competition.

Want to learn while you’re here? Sandusky has some truly unique museums that you’ll want to add to your to-do list. The Merry-Go-Round Museum teaches you all about how this classic attraction came to be with fully-operational models to see yourself.

Travel back to the 1800s at Eleutheros Cooke House and Garden. This 19th-century home is free to visit and is run by the Ohio Historical Society. The Maritime Museum of Sandusky goes into detail on the city’s seafaring legacy, and it has exhibits on shipwrecks, boat manufacturing, and more.
