Whether you’re a Snowbird, Full-timer, Homeschooler or traveling for work, Garden of the Gods RV Resort is the perfect place for an extended stay.

With our high-quality amenities and service excellence, your stay will sure to be enjoyable and comfortable. So feel free to settle in for a monthly stay and enjoy your home away from home.

WINTER MONTHLY RV SITE RATES:

*Non-metered Sites: Flat fee of $175.00
*Metered Sites: Billed at $.12 per KWH
*Electrical deposit for any RV Site: $250.00 (refundable, taken out of rest of refund)
*Non-Refundable Background Deposit $25 per adult
*Rates based on 2-person occupancy.

Garden of the Gods RV Resort Policies

• Guest 18 are required to complete our background form; cost is $25.00 per person.
• Acceptable breeds only. We do not allow Dobermans, Pit Bulls, or Rottweilers. This list includes breeds mixed with Dobermans, Pit Bulls, or Rottweilers.
• Pets must have current shot records.

Booking your Monthly Reservation

• Refundable Deposit required in full.
• First month’s rent required in full.
• Background Check required in full.

Pet Policies

• All RV sites are pet friendly and there is no fee, but we do limit the number of dogs to two per site.
• Pets must always be on a leash. If tied up outside, the pet(s) must be accompanied by the owner. Please note the leash should be no longer than six feet in length.
• Pets are not allowed in the Pavilion, the Pool Area, the Playground or any of the Vertical Accommodations. Pets are permitted to play with their furry pals off-leash in the Bark Park.
• Please clean up after your pet(s), we provide potty bags for your convenience. Stepping in a pet’s deposit ruins the day for others. There is a $50 clean-up fee. This fee will be charged each time we need to clean after your pet(s).
• Pets need to be friendly, good neighbors, not excessively noisy, child friendly and non-aggressive (snarling, growling, jumping toward other people, etc. can scare other guests). Breeds such as Dobermans, Rottweilers and Pit Bulls are not accepted. If your pet becomes too un-neighborly, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
