What is your cancellation policy?
We offer our “Peace of Mind” rate, which, with 72-hours notice prior to your arrival is fully refundable and less than a 10% cancellation fee except during holiday periods. In addition, we also offer our “Best Available” rate, which is set in stone with no changes or cancellations. You will be given the option to choose between the two rates at the time of booking.
Do you have to pay the deposit in full?
Yes, we require deposits be paid in full prior to arrival for long-term stays. For short-term stays, your reservation will be paid in full and we do not require a deposit.
Do you offer discounts?
We strive to offer a fair price for a premium product, and therefore do not offer discounts. If you are interested in staying for an extended period of time, we offer special rates for these stays.
Do you offer monthly rates?
Yes, we offer monthly rates. In order to book our Extended Stay rate, please call us at (800) 225-0991.
Is there a minimum night stay requirement?
Only during holidays, there is a 3-night minimum and all reservations are non-refundable: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving

Do you sell spaces?
We do not sell spaces at the moment.
Why can't I pick my site? / Can I pay to pick my site?
In order to provide plenty of space for all of our guests, we do not allow you to select a specific site number. If you have a specific area in mind, please call us at (800) 225-0991 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Are bed linens included?
Bed linens and towels are included with stays in all our Cabins.
When is the pool open?
The pool is open from May 1st to September 30th. Weather-permitting, we will open the pool prior to May 1st, and extend past September 30th.
Is the pool heated?
No, the pool is not heated at this time. We do have a Hot Tub.
Do you offer golf cart rentals?
No, we do not offer golf cart rentals, but guests may bring their own (limit one per RV site).
Is it pet friendly? What breeds?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly property (dogs and cats only). Please visit our Pet Policy page for complete details.
When is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is at 2PM CST.
Check-out is at 11AM CST for all guests, regardless of accommodation.
Is there a trolley service nearby?
No there is no local trolley stop nearby, but Uber/Lyft/Local Taxi services are available.
Can I bring my own grill?
Yes, guests may bring their own grill.
Do you sell firewood?
Yes, firewood is sold for $10.00 a bundle and includes 7 pieces of split oak.
What kind of RV sites do you have?
We offer both back-in and pull-through sites on concrete and gravel, some offering wooded views.
Do you have a dump station?
No, we do not.
Do you have a propane refill station?
No, we do not. We typically send people to town to Medina to exchange a bottle or to Kerrville to fill them
Can I bring a tent or pop up camper?
No. We are sorry, but additional tents or pop up campers are not allowed on the RV sites.
Do the RV sites have picnic tables?
Yes, our RV sites come complete with picnic table and fire ring at each site.
Do tent sites have water/electricity?
Our tent sites come complete with a picnic table, fire ring, and nearby restroom facilities. There is water at sites but no electricity.
What happens if I am going to arrive at night?
Guests who arrive after office hours should report to the small stand in front of the main doors at the lodge. There they will find a package/envolope with their name and site number on it, which includes paperwork (bathroom and WiFi codes),a map and keys
Do you have a pricing sheet on your website?

Can I bring my own golf cart?
Yes, guests may bring one golf cart per RV site.
How close are you to Medina River?
Medina is 7-8 miles away and the river runs through the back side of town.
What kind of fish are caught here and favorite bait?
Fishing wise, we’d say largemouth bass and bluegill are usually caught in the river. Plastic worms and crankbaits are favorite baits. We have bass and bluegill in our pond too.
Do you offer RV storage?
No, we do not.
Is there an RV age requirement?
We’ll make an exception if you can send a photo of your rig beforehand.
Are you affiliated with Thousand Trails?
Hi! We are not apart of the Thousand Trail’s pass but if you book directly with RVC, we will even to you a 15% discount if you are a member. However, there are certain blackout dates that you cannot use the discount such as holidays.
Can I bring a motorcycle to cabins?
Yes guests can travel and park motorcycles at our cabins.
Are there cooking grills by cabins?
Bunkhouse cabins 1-13 have fire pits with grill on the top you can adjust, Hide Away cabins 14-19 have mini grills/smokers. Cabins 28-31 have the fire pit grills. King cabin 20 have a fire pit grill. But the view cabins have a community fire pit and big smoker for guest too use.
Is there fishing on site or nearby?
Yes we have a Catch and Release pond on site with bass, bluegill and some catfish. It is getting low but the fish bite is good. Kerrville and Medina has some creeks and rivers that can be fished too.
