Reservations

When is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is at 3 pm EST and Check-out is at 10 am EST.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have two rates. Our “Peace of Mind” rate is refundable minus a 10% cancellation fee or you can make one date change if you call 72 hours prior to check in. In addition, we offer our “Best Available” rate which is non-refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled. You will be given the option to choose between the two rates at the time of booking.

Do you have to pay in full at the time of booking?

Yes, we require full payment at the time of booking.

Do you offer discounts?

We strive to offer a fair price for a premium product, and therefore do not offer discounts. If you are interested in staying for an extended period of time, we offer special rates for these stays.

Do you offer monthly rates?

Yes, we offer monthly rates. In order to book our Extended Stay rate, please complete a contact form on our website, or call us at (828) 665-1004 during business hours.

Do you offer annual rates?

Unfortunately, we do not offer annual rates but if you are planning on staying an extended period of time, we offer special rates for these stays as previously mentioned.

Is there a minimum night stay requirement?

During holidays, including Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, there is a 3-night minimum and all reservations are non-refundable.

What happens if I am going to arrive at night?

Guests who arrive after hours will find a packet with their name on it in the Late Arrival box next to the office door.  Inside the packet will be a welcome letter/map, information sheet, and keys.

Is it pet friendly? What breeds?

Yes, we are a pet-friendly property (dogs only). Please visit our Pet Policy page for complete details.

Do you have a pricing sheet on your website?

No, we do not.  We offer dynamic pricing which updates in real-time. You can reserve a spot online 24/7, or during office hours by calling (828) 665-1004 .

Can I host a rally or private event at your property?

Yes. Please call the office at 828-665-1004 for more information or you can learn more here.

Are you affiliated with Thousand Trails?

We are not part of Thousand Trails, but if you book directly with us, we will offer a discount if you are a member. There are blackout dates, including holidays. Please call for more information 828.665.1004.

Accommodations

Are bed linens included?

Yes, we provide linens, including sheets and towels, in all of our accommodations.

Is there a bathroom in the yurt?

No, our yurts do not have bathrooms. However, each yurt has a private bathroom in the bathhouse.

Do any cabins have first-floor beds?

Yes, all of our accommodations have beds on the first floor.

Are there picnic tables, grills, and/or fire pits on the property?

There are picnic tables, grills, and fire pits at most of our accommodations, and some that are available to all guests.

Amentities

Is there public transportation nearby?

There is no public transportation nearby, but Uber/Lyft/local taxi services are available.

Do you sell firewood?

Yes, firewood can be purchased for $10 in our office.

Can I bring my own golf cart?

Unfortunately, we do not allow guests to bring golf carts to our resort.
