Reservations

When is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is at 1PM CST for RV and Tents; and 4PM CST for Cottages and Yurts.
Check-out is at 11AM CST for all guests, regardless of accommodation.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer our “Peace of Mind” rate, which, with 72-hours notice prior to your arrival, is fully refundable less and less than a 10% cancellation fee except during holiday periods. In addition, we also offer our “Best Available” rate, which is set in stone with no changes or cancellations. You will be given the option to choose between the two rates at the time of booking.

Do you have to pay the deposit in full?

Yes, we require deposits be paid in full prior to arrival for long-term stays. For short-term stays, your reservation will be paid in full and we do not require a deposit.

Do you offer discounts?

We strive to offer a fair price for a premium product, and therefore do not offer discounts. If you are interested in staying for an extended period of time, we offer special rates for these stays.

Do you offer monthly rates?

Yes, we offer monthly rates. In order to book our Extended Stay rate, please complete a contact form on our website, or call us at (501) 262-2550 any day of the week from 9-5pm CST.

Is there a minimum night stay requirement?

Only during holidays, there is a 3-night minimum and all reservations are non-refundable: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day.

Do you offer annual rates?

Unfortunately, we do not offer annual rates but if you are planning on staying an extended period of time, we offer special rates for these stays as previously mentioned.

Do you sell spaces?

We do not sell spaces at the moment.

Why can't I pick my site? / Can I pay to pick my site?

In order to provide plenty of space for all of our guests, we do not allow you to select a specific site number. If you have a specific area in mind or if you are traveling with others, please call us at (501) 262-2550 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Is it pet friendly? What breeds?

Yes, we are a pet-friendly property (dogs and cats only). Please visit our Pet Policy page for complete details.

What kind of RV sites do you have?

We offer both back-in and pull-through big-rig friendly sites, some offering waterfront or wooded views.

What happens if I am going to arrive at night?

Guests who arrive late (after 5pm CST) should report to the small building directly across from the lodge. There they will find a package with their name and site number on it, which includes paperwork (bathroom and WiFi codes),a map and keys.

Do you have a pricing sheet on your website?

No, we do not. We offer dynamic pricing which updates in real-time. You can reserve a spot online at 24/7 online, or Monday-Friday 9am-4pm CST by calling (501) 262-2550 .

Do you offer RV storage?

No, we do not.

What is the best cell service in the area?

We use AT&T with very little problem. Verizon seems to work as well. Some of the smaller carriers like T Mobile etc. seem to have more trouble from what guests have shared.

Is there an RV age requirement?

We’ll make an exception if you can send a photo of your rig beforehand.

Can I bring guests during my stay?

Yes there will able to visit from off the property we just ask that they get a visitor tag for all visiting vehicles during our office hours of 9AM to 4PM. We would like to mention that ONLY registered guest are allowed to use the amenities such as the splash pad and swimming pool, this is to assure all registered guests paying to be on site are able to have use of them.

Are you affiliated with Thousand Trails?

Hi! We are not a part of the Thousand Trail’s pass, but if you book directly with RVC we will give you up to15% discount if you are a member. The discount will depend upon your desired dates, there are certain blackout dates that you cannot use the discount such as holidays.

Accommodations

Are bed linens included with Cottages and Yurts?

Bed linens and towels are included with stays in our Cottages and Yurts, and are not included with tent or RV stays.

Can I bring a tent or pop up camper?

Yes, we do allow pop-up campers on RV sites as well as the option to set up a tent at the RV site for an additional fee. Call the front desk at 501.420.2122 for more information.

Do the RV sites have grills/picnic tables?

Yes, our RV sites come complete with a picnic table, grill and fire pit.

Do tent sites have water/electricity?

Yes, our tent sites come complete with a grill, picnic table and fire ring, and are nearby the restroom facilities and do offer electric and water.

Is there a bathroom in the yurt?

No, our yurts do not have bathrooms, but they are a short walk from the restroom facilities.

Do cottages come with cookware and toiletries?

Yes the cottages are fully equipped in the kitchen from cookie sheets, pots and pans to wine glasses and coffee mugs. All you need to bring is clothing, food and a smile!

Amenities

When is the pool open?

The pool is open from May 1st to September 30th. Weather-permitting, we will open the pool prior to May 1st, and extend past September 30th.

Is the pool heated?

No, the pool is not heated at this time.

Do you offer boat/kayak/golf cart rentals?

Yes, we offer boat, kayak, canoe, bike and golf cart rentals. Please complete a contact form here, or call us at (501) 262-2550 any day of the week from 8-5pm CST.

Is there a trolley service nearby?

No there is no local trolley stop nearby, but Uber/Lyft/Local Taxi services are available.

Can I bring my own grill?

Yes, you can bring your own grill.

Do you sell firewood?

Yes, firewood can be purchased for $10.50 per bundle +tax in our retail store, located in the lodge.

Do you have a dump station?

All of our RV sites include a sewer for dumping.

Do you have a propane refill station?

Yes, we do have a propane station at the resort that is available during our office hours.

Is Ziplining including with the stay? If not, how much does it cost?

Ziplining is provided through AdventureWorks and is not included with your stay, but you do get a 15% discount for being a registered guest. We encourage guests to reserve their spot ahead of time online.

Can I bring my own golf cart?

Yes, guests may bring one golf cart per RV site. We just ask that no one under the age of 18 without a driver’s license drives them on property and that you stay on the paved roads.

Do you have paved bike trails?

Unfortunately we do not have any bike trails on site but you can bike locally within the National Park and various other trails. You find more details on places you can bike in the following link: https://www.nps.gov/hosp/planyourvisit/biking.htm

Do you have boat storage?

We do have storage for RV’s or boats. Please contact us at 501-262-2550 opt. 2 to check on availability.

Can I dock my boat?

We don’t rent the open slips, they are on a first come first served basis. We do have a boat and trailer parking directly across from the dock and that is also first come first served.

Can I rent a kayak if I am not a guest at resort?

No we don’t rent to anyone except guests actually staying at the resort.
