Welcome! There are a few details to keep in mind as you make your reservations. Full payment is taken upon reservation to guarantee your accommodations and our reservation system is also credit card safe. Please note: the property is not responsible for your bank’s deposit policy.
GUIDELINES:
- Rates based on 2 person occupancy. $2 per night for each additional person.
- All sites are full hook-ups (30/50 amp): water, sewer, cable, electric, and WiFi
- During holidays, there is a 3-night minimum and all reservations are non-refundable: Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day
- Maiden voyage certificates will not be accepted on Friday and Saturday between May 1st through July 31st nor are they accepted on holiday weekends. August through April, we will accept them Sunday through Thursday.

Check-in Time:
RVs & Tents: 1:00 p.m.
Cottages & Yurts: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out Time:
11:00 a.m. for all accommodations
