Whether you’re a snowbird, full-timer, homeschooler or traveling for work, Live Oak Landing in Freeport, Florida is the perfect place for an extended stay with our camping monthly rates.

MONTHLY RV SITE RATES:

Additional Fees:

$50 Monthly Electricity Fee (no tax applied)
$10+tax monthly pet fee, per pet (if applicable)
$25+tax monthly storage parking fee (if applicable for more than 2 vehicles, boats, trailers, etc.)

• We require a criminal background check with our extended stay application for all guests 18 and older. The cost is $19.95 per person.
• There is a $350 security deposit due at booking. We offer up to 6 months at a time with a signed lease agreement and the deposit will be held until departure. The deposit is refundable upon departure if the complete lease term is honored and paid in full, and a guest doesn’t damage the site or premises. If the reservation is canceled prior to arrival, or the term is shortened, the deposit is forfeited. Early departures are allowed with a 30-day written notice and rent paid in full; however, the deposit is still forfeited for shortened terms.
• If arriving within 15 days of booking, the first month must be paid in full at booking, in addition to the required deposit.
• The monthly rate includes water, sewer, trash removal, shared property Wi-Fi, and cable. Guests can also enjoy access to our property amenities. In addition to this rate, there is a $10+tax monthly pet rent (per pet) and a $50 monthly electricity fee.
• 2 vehicles per reservation are included at no extra cost. However, parking spaces at the site may be limited depending on the size of the RV and vehicles. If vehicles don’t fit in the designated site, limited overflow parking locations are available. For additional vehicles, boats, trailers, etc., there is a $25+tax monthly parking storage fee. No parking on grass, on vacant sites, or on the street.
• Pet policies are enforced. Pets must be leashed at all times when on the property, and you must pick up after your pets. Pets cannot be left unattended outside of your RV. We have a spacious bark park where your babies can run their hearts out, and off-leash when desired!

COTTAGE RATES:

The current monthly rate for cottages starts at $1,600/month + tax, based on availability and season.

The deposit is refundable upon departure if the complete lease term is honored and paid in full, and the guest doesn’t damage the cottage or premises. If a reservation is canceled prior to arrival, or the term is shortened, the deposit is forfeited. Early departures are allowed with a 30-day written notice and rent paid in full; however, the deposit is still forfeited for shortened terms.
• If arriving within 15 days of booking, the first month must be paid in full at booking, in addition to the required deposit.
• The monthly rate includes water, sewer, trash removal, shared property Wi-Fi, and cable. Guests can also enjoy access to our property amenities. In addition to this rate, there is a $50 monthly electricity fee. NOTE: Wi-Fi is not guaranteed inside any of our cottages.
• There is a $125+tax departure cleaning fee, due at check-in.
• 2 vehicles per reservation are included at no extra cost. However, parking at cottages may be limited to only one vehicle. If vehicles don’t fit in the designated site, limited overflow parking locations are available. For additional vehicles, boats, trailers, etc., there is a $25+tax monthly parking storage fee. No parking on grass, on vacant sites, or on the street.
• Pets are allowed only when booking a pet-friendly cottage. This must be requested prior to booking. There is a $10+tax monthly pet rent (per pet) and a $50 non-refundable pet fee due upon check-in.

• Peak season stays are very limited as most cottages are only allowed on the monthly rental program during the Fall/Winter months.
