When is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is at 1PM PST for RV and Tents; and 3PM PST for Cottages, Cabins and Yurts.
Check-out is at 11AM PST for all guests, regardless of accommodation.
Do you have to pay the deposit in full?
Yes, we require deposits be paid in full prior to arrival for long-term stays. For short-term stays, your reservation will be paid in full and we do not require a deposit.
Is there a minimum night stay requirement?
Only during holidays, there is a 3-night minimum and all reservations are non-refundable: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving
How do I request a specific site or area?

Is it pet friendly? What breeds?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly property (dogs and cats only). Please contact us directly for breed restrictions.
What happens if I am going to arrive at night?
Guests who arrive late (after 7pm PST) should go to the basket outside of the main office. There they will find a package with their name and site number on it, which includes paperwork (bathroom and WiFi codes),a map and keys.
