What is your cancellation policy?
We offer our “Peace of Mind” rate, which, with 72-hours notice prior to your arrival is fully refundable and less than a 10% cancellation fee except during holiday periods. In addition, we also offer our “Best Available” rate, which is set in stone with no changes or cancellations. You will be given the option to choose between the two rates at the time of booking.
Do you have to pay the deposit in full?
Yes, we require deposits be paid in full prior to arrival for long-term stays. For short-term stays, your reservation will be paid in full and we do not require a deposit.
Do you offer discounts?
We strive to offer a fair price for a premium product, and therefore do not offer discounts. If you are interested in staying for an extended period of time, we offer special rates for these stays.
Do you offer monthly rates?
Yes, we offer monthly rates. In order to book our Extended Stay rate, please complete a contact form on our website, or call us at (866) 862-4059 any day of the week from 8-5pm PST.
Is there a minimum night stay requirement?
Only during holidays, there is a 3-night minimum and all reservations are non-refundable: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving
Do you offer annual rates?
Unfortunately, we do not offer annual rates.
Do you sell spaces?
No, we do not sell any of our spaces.
Why can't I pick my site? / Can I pay to pick my site?
In order to provide plenty of space for all of our guests, we do not allow you to select a specific site number. If you have a specific area in mind, please call us at (866) 862-4059 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Are bed linens included?
Bed linens and towels are included with stays in our Cottages, Cabins, Bunkhouses and Yurts, and are not included with tent or RV stays.
When is the pool open?
The pool is open from May 1st to September 30th. Weather-permitting, we will open the pool prior to May 1st, and extend past September 30th.
Is the pool heated?
No, the pool is not heated at this time.
Is it pet friendly? What breeds?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly property (dogs and cats only). Please contact us directly for breed restrictions.
When is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is at 1PM PST for RV and Tents; and 3PM PST for Cottages, Cabins and Yurts.
Check-out is at 11AM PST for all guests, regardless of accommodation.
Can I bring my own grill?
Yes, but from May 1st- to the first big rain, there are no wood or charcoal burning of any kind. During this time only propane is permitted.
Do you sell firewood?
We are currently using a propane refill station since it has not rained in the area. However, when it is safe again to lit fires they are sold at general store for around $10-15.
What kind of RV sites do you have?
We offer both back-in and pull-through sites.
Do you have a dump station?
Yes, we have several dump stations located throughout the property.
Do you have a propane refill station?
Yes, we will fill your propane tanks for you for a fee.
Can I bring a tent or pop up camper?
No. We are sorry, but additional tents or pop up campers are not allowed on the RV sites.
Do the RV sites have grills/picnic tables?
Yes, our RV sites come complete with a picnic table and fire ring.
Do tent sites have water/electricity?
Yes, we offer several tent camping sites that offer water and electric hookups.
Is there a bathroom in the yurt?
No, our yurts do not have bathrooms, but they are a short walk from the restroom facilities.
What happens if I am going to arrive at night?
Guests who arrive late (after 7pm PST) should go to the basket outside of the main office. There they will find a package with their name and site number on it, which includes paperwork (bathroom and WiFi codes),a map and keys.
Do you have a pricing sheet on your website?
No, we do not. We offer dynamic pricing which updates in real-time. You can reserve a spot online at 24/7 online, or Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST by calling (866) 862-4059.
Can I bring my own golf cart?
Yes, guests may bring one golf cart per RV site.
How close are you to the National Park?
We are approximately 25-miles away from the South Entrance of Yosemite National Park.

Can I walk from your property to the Town of Coarsegold?
We do not recommend walking. We are right off the main Highway and with how busy the road is and there are no sidewalks, we do not recommend doing so for your safety.
What is the size of the RV sites?
We have sites that accommodate up to 60ft long and with slide outs on both sides. It all just depends on availability for those sites.
Do you offer RV storage?
No, we do not.
Is there an RV age requirement?
We’ll make an exception if you can send a photo of your rig beforehand.

Are you affiliated with Thousand Trails?
Hi! We are not a part of the Thousand Trail’s pass but if you book directly with RVC, we will give you a 15% discount if you are a member. However, there are certain blackout dates that you cannot use the discount such as holidays.
Is there a bus from resort to national park?
There is a private tour called Discover Yosemite that will pick up from the resort and do a full day tour based on a reservation. As for like a shuttle bus the Yarts run out of the town of Coarsegold which is one mile north of us. There is parking for a motor home. The Yarts will take you to the valley floor of Yosemite and drop you off. They also have a website with times and prices.
Is there a grill top on fire rings to cook on?
Our current fire rings do not but we do sell a grate that will fit over the fire ring in our store.
